HR Executive - Bulk Hiring for Field Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Executive with a proven track record in bulk recruitment and BPO staffing to oversee the entire hiring and onboarding process for our Field Sales teams. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities with a solid grasp of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bulk recruitment specifically for Field Sales roles.
• Source, evaluate, shortlist, and maintain effective communication with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
• Handle joining formalities and relevant documentation processes.
• Organize employee induction and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and employee data.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with internal departments.
• Assist with basic HR and operational tasks as needed.
• Track the status of recruitment, joining, and onboarding metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR recruitment, bulk hiring, or BPO recruitment preferred.
• Experience in hiring for Field Sales roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and candidate management abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of HR documentation and onboarding workflows.
• Preference given to candidates located in Mumbai or Pune.

Additional Details

• Job Location: Mumbai & Pune with initial 2 months remote work from home.
• Work will be conducted from the nearest WeWork space to your location subsequently.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
