Role Overview
This full-time, on-site HR Consultant position is based in Kozhikode and focuses on assisting healthcare and other professionals with career planning, licensing pathways, and employment opportunities aligned with global healthcare demands. Daily duties include personalized consulting sessions, evaluating career interests and competencies, and helping clients develop structured career advancement plans. The role also supports students and early-career professionals by providing guidance on training programs and certifications, maintaining accurate consulting records, collaborating with internal teams for updated licensing information, and participating in workshops, seminars, and outreach to raise awareness about career and licensing options.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Career Consulting and Career Development to aid individuals in managing their professional growth.
- Proficiency in Career Management to assist with career transitions and long-term planning.
- Capability in Student Counseling to advise on education, training, and job pathways for early-career individuals.
- Strong Communication skills for conducting consultations, delivering presentations, and team collaboration.
- Previous experience in career consulting, academic advising, or talent development, preferably within healthcare or international recruitment sectors, is beneficial.
