Role overview

The HR Consultant will support large-scale HR transformation efforts across APAC, helping standardize, simplify, and expand people processes. This role is focused on improving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, operational performance, compliance, and the use of modern HR and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation programs across APAC and spot opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale people processes globally.
• Own strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee experience, process efficiency, and compliance.
• Review existing HR practices and build scalable frameworks, governance structures, and best-practice models for broader adoption.
• Support organizational design and workforce transformation work so the business remains adaptable and ready for future growth.
• Use workforce data and analysis to support better decisions and improve business results.
• Act as the APAC HR AI Ambassador, encouraging responsible AI adoption within HR.
• Evaluate, test, and roll out AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, employee experience, learning, and decision-making.
• Work with global stakeholders on HR innovation, technology-enabled people solutions, and enterprise transformation programs that improve business and employee outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Systems, or another related discipline.
• Additional professional credentials in HR, change management, project management, AI, or digital transformation are considered an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience overall, including at least 5 years leading HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or strategic people initiatives in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on experience leading large regional or global HR transformation efforts.
• Strong track record in process improvement, operating model redesign, and organizational change.
• Experience collaborating across APAC and working with global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Good exposure to HR technology, digital transformation, HRIS platforms, and automation initiatives.
• Prior involvement in implementing or encouraging adoption of AI-enabled HR solutions is highly preferred.
• Background in workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, or employee experience work.

This role is based in Singapore, Singapore and is a full-time onsite position.
