Position Overview
As an HR Consultant, you will serve as the primary HR leader managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Your role involves designing and implementing innovative HR solutions, overseeing day-to-day client communications, coordinating project teams for each client, and keeping all stakeholders—including clients and leadership—informed on progress. This role demands experienced autonomous leadership in HR, along with a strong grasp of general business strategies and principles. You must bring a relentless curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and impeccable ethics and integrity to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead HR representative managing a portfolio of clients
- Guide project teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients
- Produce polished deliverables that meet deadlines and quality standards
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, and broader HR issues
- Facilitate and participate in client meetings to review projects and explore new opportunities
- Alert leadership promptly about any potential risks related to client projects
Experience and Educational Background
- Minimum of 5 years working in HR management roles, either operationally or strategically
- Hospitality industry management experience is desirable
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of urgent administrative responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of HR practices including wage and hour law compliance, employee relations, staff training, and benefits administration
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, business communication, and problem-solving
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's degree mandatory, ideally in HR, business administration, or a related discipline
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR are preferred
- A master’s degree in HR or related field is considered a plus
