Role overview

A leading technology company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Saudi national to strengthen and scale its HR function with a focus on compliance. The position is centered on maintaining sound employment practices, aligning internal processes with local regulations, and supporting the broader people agenda across the Kingdom.

Core responsibilities

  • Own and oversee HR compliance activities for Saudi Arabia, ensuring full alignment with Saudi Labor Law as well as relevant government rules and obligations, including GOSI, MHRSD, and Saudization requirements.
  • Track changes in regulations, assess their impact, and convert them into practical HR procedures, policies, and workflows.
  • Advise on employee lifecycle topics such as recruitment, contracts, exits, disciplinary matters, employee benefits, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Lead compliance audits, review processes, and risk reduction efforts to identify gaps and strengthen controls.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners across business, legal, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle compliance-related reporting, governance meetings, and issue escalation processes.
  • Contribute to localization efforts within the organization.
  • Promote understanding and awareness of legal and regulatory requirements across the business.

Qualifications and experience

  • The role is open only to Saudi nationals.
  • Applicants should bring 8 to 10 years of experience in HR compliance within multinational IT or technology organizations.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and how it is applied in day-to-day HR operations is essential.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory audits and structured compliance frameworks is required.
  • Familiarity with government portals and statutory obligations is important for success in the role.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is needed for analysis, presentations, and documentation.
