This position is specifically for IQSIGHT Engineering GmbH, part of the Keenfinity Group located in Nuremberg, Germany.

Job Overview

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your role is pivotal in advancing a contemporary and forward-thinking HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advise leadership and staff independently on operational and strategic human resources issues.
• Collaborate constructively with the works council, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks during co-determination procedures.
• Provide guidance on individual labor law matters and support in personnel actions such as hiring, transfers, warnings, and terminations.
• Assist in personnel development, including talent management and succession planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools.
• Support change management, organizational development, and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze relevant HR metrics and implement appropriate measures that align with corporate objectives.
• Work closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Completed degree focused on Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Law, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience: Several years as an HR Business Partner, with solid expertise in individual and collective labor law, and a strong collaborative track record with works councils.
• In-depth knowledge of the Works Constitution Act and proficiency in managing co-determination processes.
• Expertise in advising leadership across various management levels, executing labor legal measures, and supporting organizational and change projects.
• Preferred experience in technology-driven or mid-sized companies, including recruiting and personnel development.
• Personal attributes: Excellent communication and consulting skills, confident demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, autonomy, structured and solution-focused approach, service orientation, decisiveness, discretion, responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
