HR Business Partner

Position Overview

Join Zepto as an HR Business Partner to support core HR functions and collaborate with business leaders to effectively manage employee lifecycle processes in a fast-growing e-grocery company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HRBP team with onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle essential HR documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and overall employee data maintenance.
• Contribute to organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and events.
• Document employee grievances and coordinate escalation procedures to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with various departments for successful execution of HR initiatives.
• Prepare detailed HR reports and manage data efficiently utilizing Excel tools.
• Ensure compliance with established HR policies and frameworks.

Candidate Eligibility

• Graduates or those pursuing an MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, or possessing a Bachelor's degree with HR focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for dynamic interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and responsibly.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
