Job description
About the company
Schneidereit is part of the Electrolux Professional Group, an organization focused on meeting needs beyond tomorrow. The company values curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to grow rather than flawless credentials. It aims to create space for people to contribute ideas, innovate, and help shape the future.
Your role
As an HR Business Partner, you will support employees, specialists, and managers on a wide range of people-related matters. You will help shape and improve HR processes while also taking ownership of administrative HR tasks and adding your own ideas to the role.
What you will do
- Act as a trusted contact for employees, specialists, and managers on all personnel topics.
- Contribute to the design, improvement, and execution of HR processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters.
- Bring in fresh ideas and help define how the HR role develops further.
- Strengthen the team with your personality, perspective, and input.
Your profile
- You have studied human resources or hold another relevant qualification.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar position is preferred.
- You communicate well in English and are enthusiastic about HR work.
- You bring a practical, solution-focused mindset with drive, empathy, and good judgment.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a strong sense of humor.
Culture and values
The company describes its culture in four words: customer focus, building trust, acting courageously, and working sustainably. It looks for people who share these values and want to help turn them into daily practice.
What you get
You will join a business that is known for customer orientation, sustainability leadership, innovation, and social responsibility. The role offers trust, autonomy, and room for professional growth, along with the chance to be part of an industry transformation that affects how people live, cook, clean, care, and serve.
