About the Company and Role
Die Regeltechnik Kornwestheim GmbH, a subsidiary of CIRCOR International Inc., specializes in developing, manufacturing, and distributing control valves, actuators, sensors, and controllers for heating and cooling systems. Their core business sectors include general plant engineering, chemical and petrochemical industries, vehicle and paint systems, water supply and disposal companies, and suppliers of components for power plant construction.
At their Kornwestheim location, they are seeking an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to support management and plant leadership as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, autonomous consultation and support to leadership on all labor law and personnel matters; plan and implement individual personnel measures throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support employees in all personnel management-related issues.
- Participate in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate pre-selection, communication with applicants, conducting and following up on interviews, contract preparation, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing in compliance with all labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Represent the HR department in interactions with employees, management, and the works council.
- Collaborate closely with the works council.
- Prepare the annual salary round and other compensation-related topics.
- Assist in annual and performance reviews.
- Advise departments on personnel requirements and succession planning.
- Manage personnel administration including drafting contracts, maintaining master data, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare presentations and reports.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at developing the HR department further.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification with relevant additional credentials (e.g., certified HR specialist).
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR roles such as HR support, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Organized, independent, and solution-focused work style with strong communication abilities and a high level of customer orientation.
- Interest in current HR trends and HR systems.
