Job description
Role overview
This is a wide-ranging, business-facing HR opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and the chance to influence how the people function develops. Instead of stepping into a fully built-out setup, you would join a team that welcomes new ideas and continuous improvement.
The role gives you exposure to the full employee journey and also includes projects that shape the future of the organisation, such as HR systems, reporting, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and wider business growth. It suits a person who enjoys combining strategic work with day-to-day HR delivery.
You would be part of a supportive team with a flat structure, where collaboration is encouraged and you are trusted to manage your own areas of responsibility.
Key focus areas
Working alongside the Head of People and the People Manager, you will provide senior HR support across an international business of approximately 360 employees. The role covers employee relations, manager coaching, payroll oversight, policy creation, HR compliance, and ongoing improvements to people processes and systems.
A major part of the position is helping the business get the most from its HRIS by using technology, reporting, and data to improve decisions and make the work more efficient. Experience with Cezanne would be a strong advantage.
In addition to operational HR responsibilities, you will help deliver projects in learning and development, employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, and organisational development. The work will involve building structure, running initiatives, improving processes, and supporting the continued evolution of the People function.
Work environment
The role is based in the London studio and sits within a collaborative People team supporting colleagues across the UK and Asia Pacific. The organisation has a strong reputation in architecture, with award-winning work, a people-first culture, and ambitious plans for further growth.
This hybrid position offers close interaction with senior stakeholders and the chance to help shape an inclusive, high-performing culture within an international business.
Additional information
Salary is listed as up to £60,000 plus benefits. Candidates with experience as an HR Business Partner or People Lead and a track record of making a visible impact are encouraged to apply.
