The HR department is hiring an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for the Frankfurt location.
Role overview
In this position, you will work closely with business leaders to shape HR support that matches company objectives. The role combines advisory work, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and recruitment support for assigned branches.
Key responsibilities
- Work with leaders to ensure HR initiatives support the wider business plan.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance topics, and workforce planning.
- Support employee engagement, succession planning, and development programs.
- Make sure HR procedures and policies meet labor law obligations and internal standards.
- Review HR data and turn the findings into practical actions that improve retention and performance.
- Cooperate with the workers council.
- Oversee recruitment activities for the assigned branches.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in HR business partnering within complex organizations.
- Solid understanding of labor law, employee relations, and compliance topics.
- Proven experience advising managers on performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Ability to interpret HR metrics and convert insights into business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with workers councils.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Authorization to work in Germany.
- A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Experience using Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
