Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to grasp organizational goals and offer tailored HR counsel.
- Ensure HR programs align with the company's strategy and priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design efforts.
- Support leadership with talent reviews, performance management, and career growth facilitation.
- Identify competency gaps and coordinate learning initiatives to address them.

- Serve as a reliable resource for managers and employees on employee relations, mediating conflicts and performance issues.

- Guarantee HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work alongside HR operations to deliver efficient HR services and maintain accurate HR metrics for decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between three to five years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or advisory capacity.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and contemporary HR practices.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving competencies.
