Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to work hand-in-hand with business leaders to steer HR initiatives that align with and accelerate company goals. This role requires a proactive expert who blends operational HR knowledge with strategic foresight to shape the workforce of the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to grasp organizational goals and offer tailored HR counsel.
  • Ensure HR programs align with the company's strategy and priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design efforts.
  • Support leadership with talent reviews, performance management, and career growth facilitation.
  • Identify competency gaps and coordinate learning initiatives to address them.
  • Drive development and retention plans for high-potential employees.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for managers and employees on employee relations, mediating conflicts and performance issues.
  • Champion employee engagement activities and nurture a positive corporate culture.
  • Guarantee HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work alongside HR operations to deliver efficient HR services and maintain accurate HR metrics for decision support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between three to five years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or advisory capacity.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and contemporary HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving competencies.
  • Capability to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic work environments.
