Role Overview
The HRBP Manager will integrate people strategies with the company’s business goals, ensuring HR operations reinforce organizational effectiveness. This position involves comprehensive HR leadership, from recruitment through compliance and employee engagement, while maintaining regulatory alignment and fostering high team performance.
Main Duties
- Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with business direction.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
- Lead the design and execution of performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in accordance with labor laws.
- Administer government HR systems such as Qiwa for contract management, transfers, and compliance.
- Supervise accurate and timely payroll operations in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Establish, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures based on best practices.
- Guide organizational design projects, influencing job structures and workforce distribution.
- Mentor and manage the HR team to encourage ongoing growth and a high-performance environment.
- Support succession planning, training initiatives, and programs for employee engagement.
- Track and analyze HR key performance indicators to enhance retention and productivity.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with Saudi employment regulations and company standards.
- Advise senior management on strategy and organizational development from a people perspective.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Offers between 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Has advanced knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance systems, and HR operations.
- Proficient in leveraging government HR platforms like Qiwa and regulatory technologies.
- Experienced in organizational structure design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
- Demonstrates a strong history of leading and developing HR teams.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law and broader HR best practices.
- Excels in communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Fluent in English for both speaking and writing.
