Role Summary
The organization is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can contribute both strategically and analytically. The right person will partner with business leaders in India, help shape people strategy, and support broader transformation efforts that improve business outcomes across global teams.
This position calls for someone who understands the business, works comfortably with data, takes initiative, makes sound decisions, and handles complex relationships and multiple priorities with confidence. In addition to core HRBP responsibilities, the role also includes selected site-level responsibilities connected to workplace governance and employee experience.
Key Outcomes
- Build HR plans and interventions using strong data analysis and business metrics to improve productivity, talent health, and overall organizational performance.
- Advise senior leaders with clear, evidence-based recommendations and effective data storytelling.
- Support organizational change efforts with speed, clarity, and strong alignment across stakeholders.
- Deliver global HR programs locally with discipline, timeliness, and measurable impact.
- Improve engagement and retention through proactive actions grounded in workforce insight and business understanding.

- Understanding of global HR practices, local compliance needs, and current workforce trends.

Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a global or matrixed HRBP role.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting while handling multiple priorities.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias for action.
