About the Role
Paramount Medical Billing is seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our Human Resources department in Al Ruways Industrial City, Abu Dhabi. We currently have openings for HR Assistant, HR Administrator, and HR Support Officer roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting core HR functions, maintaining accurate documentation, and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative and operational assistance to the Human Resources team.
- Manage employee data, HR records, and maintain confidentiality of personnel files and documentation systems.
- Support the recruitment cycle: coordinate job postings, initial screening of applicants, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence and reports.
- Assist in payroll functions, time and attendance tracking, leave applications, and benefits administration.
- Provide prompt responses to employee queries related to HR regulations, company policies, and workplace matters.
- Ensure that all HR practices comply with current UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
- Organize employee training sessions, manage performance review procedures, and contribute to team engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and propose improvements to HR procedures and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
- Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or office administration is desirable.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and employee record management practices.
- Awareness of UAE Labour Law and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) considered a bonus.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Meticulous organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable adapting to fast-paced work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
