About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is seeking an HR Assistant to manage employee onboarding, maintain employment records, handle scheduling, and oversee daily human resources administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational workflows, maintaining accurate records and ensuring coordination across departments.
• Keep well-organized internal documentation and structured employee records.
• Effectively communicate updates, inquiries, and progress information with relevant team members.
• Safeguard confidential business, customer, employee, and financial information as required.
• Deliver consistent, dependable, and well-organized remote HR support.

Required Qualifications

• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dependability.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setup with responsibility and initiative.
• Comfortable operating within a formal corporate structure.
• Proficient in managing documentation, records, and administrative duties with accuracy.
• Strong organizational aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting remote teams or handling documentation-intensive processes.
• Background in administrative, operational, customer service, HR, finance, or data analysis roles.
• Proven accuracy in repetitive tasks and managing internal systems effectively.
