Job description

Role Overview

The HR and Administration Officer will oversee comprehensive human resource and office administration functions to ensure smooth organizational operations. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee lifecycle activities, thorough documentation, and daily office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment by posting vacancies on portals, screening and shortlisting applicants, and arranging interviews.
  • Manage onboarding processes including preparing offer letters, handling documentation, and facilitating joining formalities.
  • Maintain detailed employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer attendance tracking, leave management, and provide inputs needed for payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide fundamental HR support.
  • Assist with performance monitoring and review undertakings.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and maintain management information systems and reports.
  • Handle daily office operations such as vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and office maintenance.
  • Support leadership with internal communications and coordinating team activities.
