Job description

Role Overview

The HR Administrator provides expert support and guidance to managers and supervisors concerning the application of company and human resources policies. This role addresses HR operational needs and delivers HR services to staff members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver counsel and aid management on HR policy implementation and production-related HR requirements.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including drafting correspondence, preparing forms and reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining documents both electronically and physically, and tracking important deadlines.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company information.
  • Work closely with site leadership and staff to promote site achievements, fulfill personnel needs, and sustain employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer employee health and welfare benefits such as enrollments and terminations, managing documentation with payroll and insurance providers for accuracy.
  • Handle confidential issues like personnel relations, employee matters, organizational changes, and safeguard security of sensitive information and files.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with exceptional customer service.
  • Complete and verify Form I-9 documentation, maintaining compliance records.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive employee files according to credential requirements.
  • Coordinate and track background checks and investigations for new hires.
  • Support employee performance reviews and termination procedures.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures effectively to both applicants and employees.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to HRIS for onboarding and existing employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation and correspondence as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as required.
