Role Overview

We invite applicants for the position of HR & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This role suits candidates who enjoy blending responsibilities in Human Resources and Office Administration, excel in fast-moving environments, and are passionate about enhancing the employee experience while ensuring smooth daily business functions. Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources duties include managing recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts, HR-related letters, and maintain essential employee documentation.
  • Keep HR databases and employee records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, as well as attendance and leave records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs and support HR initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and organizational HR policies.
  • Handle administrative processes related to visas, medical insurance, and other employee requirements.
  • Office Administration tasks include managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility services.
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Organize business travel, accommodations, and logistics for meetings.
  • Maintain organized company records and administrative files.
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and cross-departmental teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Prior work experience within the UAE.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
