Job description

Overview

We are looking for a diligent HR & Admin Executive to oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and office administration at our Rajkot location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, maintain attendance records, and handle related documentation.
  • Keep employee files, HR records, and Management Information System (MIS) reports up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, manage leaves, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee office administration tasks such as managing stationery supplies, vendor liaison, and office upkeep.
  • Draft HR correspondences, official letters, and prepare various HR and administrative reports.
  • Support general employee engagement initiatives and assist with daily HR and administrative functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate degree required; MBA in HR is preferred.
  • Experience between 1 to 3 years in HR and administrative roles; freshers with suitable knowledge will also be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
