Job description
Job Overview
This position is for a Housing Services Relations Officer under the Emiratization initiative, exclusively available to UAE Nationals. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive various applications from citizens ensuring they are fully completed with all essential details.
- Verify submitted documents, confirming their approval by the respective official authorities within the emirate according to established eligibility and benefit criteria.
- Input service applications into the database after cross-checking with data from the official documents provided.
- Communicate with applicants via the primary call center when documents or approvals are incomplete, guiding them to obtain necessary approvals or informing them of rejection if they fail to meet the service requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holders preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
- Experience level between zero to one year is acceptable.
