This position is part of an Emiratization program and is reserved exclusively for UAE Nationals. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and requires a Bachelor’s degree, with strong command of both English and Arabic. Candidates should have between 0 and 1 year of experience.
Role Summary
The Housing Services Relations Officer supports the intake and processing of citizen applications related to housing services. The job involves checking that applications are fully completed, validating supporting documents, and making sure submissions comply with the approved eligibility and benefit rules.
Key Duties
Applications are received from citizens and reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Supporting papers must be examined to confirm that the required approvals have been issued by the relevant authorities in the emirate. Once verified, service requests are entered into the database using information matched against the official documents.
If any required document or approval is missing, the officer follows up with applicants via the main call center, guides them to obtain the needed approvals or documents from the appropriate authorities, and informs them when an application must be rejected because the applicant does not satisfy the general service conditions.
