Role Overview

Breeze & Freeze Ltd is hiring a houseperson for its Panama City Beach hotel. The role is suited to someone who is energetic, service-minded, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle a range of guest support and housekeeping tasks while helping create a positive stay experience.

What You’ll Do

This position focuses on maintaining the appearance of common hotel spaces and supporting guest requests quickly and professionally. You will help keep shared areas presentable and assist housekeeping leadership with day-to-day operational needs and special assignments.

• Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including corridors, meeting rooms, and the lobby.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms, such as toiletries, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding.
• Support special projects and additional tasks assigned by housekeeping supervisors or managers.

What We’re Looking For

The preferred candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a houseperson or housekeeping position and brings a strong focus on guest service. Good communication, reliability, and the ability to manage varied tasks are important for success in this role.

Compensation

The pay for this role is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
