Role Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to contribute significantly to our guests' experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and property presentation in line with our established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the housekeeping team in following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rigorously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards across the property consistently, making sure the presentation meets the company's quality requirements.
- Perform room inspections and assist with general housekeeping duties as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt swiftly to feedback, guest demands, and operational needs are essential.
