Job Summary

We seek candidates for roles including Housekeeping Staff, Pantry Boy, and Housekeeping Supervisor at our facility located in Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The positions are within the printing manufacturing industry and offer a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, dependent on experience and interview performance. Work hours are fixed at 8 hours per day with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in office spaces, production zones, washrooms, and communal areas.
• Perform daily cleaning routines and proper waste management.
• Ensure hygiene standards are strictly upheld across all assigned locations.
• Prepare and serve beverages such as tea and coffee, as well as refreshments.
• Keep pantry areas clean, organize stock levels, and assist with hospitality for employees and visitors.
• Oversee housekeeping personnel and manage daily cleaning operations.
• Adhere to and enforce cleaning schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive housekeeping records and liaise with management as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, pantry services, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Applicants should be physically fit and maintain discipline.
• Effective communication and ability to work well within a team are essential attributes.
• Immediate availability to join is desirable.
