The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking dedicated Housekeeping Specialists to uphold the highest cleanliness standards across its property. This role extends beyond typical cleaning duties; it involves contributing to a memorable and unique guest experience by ensuring the entire hotel environment meets exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, fulfilling them to provide superior service.
- Stock housekeeping carts efficiently to support continuous operations.
- Engage in physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds independently.
- Commit to workplace safety, comply with company policies, uphold confidentiality, and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Maintain professional personal appearance and communication in line with The Ritz-Carlton's standards.

- Ability to remain on feet or walk for extended periods during shifts.
