Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and restock guest amenities as necessary.
• Promptly notify supervisors about any maintenance concerns or safety risks observed during work.
• Operate and store cleaning tools and supplies safely and responsibly.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding linens when required.
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning and sanitisation protocols to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by courteously addressing guest needs and inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Formal education is not required; however, having basic knowledge of cleaning processes is beneficial.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to sustaining cleanliness standards.
• Capability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team.
