Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team at Ringwood, Victoria. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time or casual opportunities with flexible scheduling, primarily working onsite in a temporary capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and refreshment of guest rooms ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
• Restock amenities and supplies efficiently to enhance guest experience.
• Upkeep pantries and housekeeping equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent condition.
• Assist guests with their requests whenever possible, providing exceptional customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive attitude with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Capability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Commitment to a minimum of four days per week on a rotating roster, with shifts typically from 9am to 2pm dependent on hotel occupancy.
• Highly reliable and organised, with excellent time management skills.
• Must have full Australian working rights.
