Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at MGallery, you will contribute to crafting memorable guest experiences by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and ambiance. Your attention to detail in preparing guest rooms and public spaces will help uphold the elegant atmosphere characteristic of MGallery properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service assigned guest rooms and communal areas following MGallery's standards.
• Provide thoughtful, personalized touches in service reflecting the hotel's unique spirit.
• Respect guest privacy and safeguard their belongings diligently.
• Maintain orderly and well-stocked housekeeping pantries and trolleys.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance or safety issues.
• Exemplify the warm, refined, and attentive service that defines the MGallery experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a friendly, caring demeanor; prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
• Demonstrate professionalism, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to anticipate guest needs effectively.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.
