The team is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant who is thorough, dependable and committed to maintaining exceptional standards.
This position is not limited to guestroom cleaning. It calls for someone who takes pride in preparing spotless, welcoming spaces and consistently supporting a refined guest experience through attention to detail, presentation and comfort.

Role overview
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for keeping guest rooms, villas, public areas and back-of-house spaces clean, hygienic and well-presented. The role also includes completing any other housekeeping duties assigned by the department.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and related areas according to the company’s operating standards.
- Provide courteous, prompt and personalised support to guests and fellow employees.
- Respond to guest requests quickly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation in all assigned spaces.
- Handle assigned keys and hotel property safely and responsibly.
- Report room discrepancies, maintenance concerns and anything unusual in line with hotel procedures.
- Use supplies and resources efficiently within the work area.
- Keep daily logs, checklists and operational records up to date.
- Hand over all lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Office on the same day they are discovered.
- Work closely with the minibar team for in-room amenities and services.
- Look after housekeeping equipment, carpets, fixtures and furnishings in assigned areas.
- Contribute to teamwork and strong coordination across the department.
- Interact with guests in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner.
- Mix, use and store cleaning chemicals correctly and safely.
- Support sustainability efforts by reducing waste and conserving energy.
- Follow grooming and appearance standards at all times.
- Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to keep guest areas in excellent condition.
- Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as required.
- Take part in daily briefings and note any operational updates.
- Collect the day’s room assignments, keys, equipment and supplies at the start of the shift.
- Keep housekeeping pantries clean, orderly and stocked throughout the shift.
- Check corridors, lift landings and other assigned areas for cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Service guest rooms, villas and public areas according to established standards.
- Prioritise cleaning work based on departure rooms, guest arrivals and operational needs.
- Replace bed linen according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Restock guest amenities and other required supplies.
- Remove soiled linen and waste from pantries and work areas at the end of the shift.
- Use only clean, fresh and approved linen in guest rooms.
- Clean and store housekeeping equipment properly after use.
- Follow all security, health and safety procedures of the hotel.
Required profile
The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience in a hotel setting, a strong eye for detail and a clear commitment to cleanliness standards. A positive attitude, a service mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important.
Good communication skills, familiarity with hotel facilities and services, and an understanding of lost-and-found handling and housekeeping procedures are also expected. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
