Housekeeping Attendant (Live-in)

About the Role

We are looking for a polished, dependable, and highly detail-focused Housekeeping Attendant to support a high-profile VIP residence in Qatar. The position calls for someone who can maintain the home to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation while consistently respecting privacy, discretion, and confidentiality.

This is a mandatory live-in role, and the employer will provide both accommodation and meals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day cleaning across bedrooms, living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, shine, and sanitize household surfaces to VIP-level standards.
• Prepare beds and keep guest rooms in excellent condition.
• Wash, iron, fold, and neatly arrange clothing, linens, and other household textiles.
• Keep wardrobes, closets, storage spaces, and household supplies organized.
• Care for delicate fabrics, premium furnishings, antiques, and other valuable items appropriately.
• Restock toiletries, cleaning products, and general household supplies as needed.
• Ensure the residence maintains very high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Support meal preparation setup, table arrangements, and occasional hospitality tasks when needed.
• Work according to cleaning schedules and special directions from household management.
• Escalate maintenance concerns or damaged items without delay.
• Protect all confidential information related to the family and household operations.
• Take on other housekeeping tasks as required.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Housekeeper, or Room Attendant in a VIP residence, private home, luxury hotel, or palace.
• Good understanding of housekeeping practices, cleaning agents, and equipment.
• Hands-on experience caring for luxury furniture, marble, wood surfaces, and delicate materials.
• Strong eye for detail and a consistent commitment to cleanliness.
• Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy character.
• Ability to work on your own with limited supervision.
• Physically capable of handling housekeeping responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Basic spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness to live in employer-provided accommodation is essential.
• Child care experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working with VIP families, royal households, or ultra-high-net-worth residences.
• Housekeeping or hospitality certification.
• Knowledge of laundry care and garment upkeep.
• Basic exposure to food service or hospitality work.
• Child care experience is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a salary of up to QAR 3,500 per month, along with food and accommodation.

Work Arrangement

Employment is full-time and onsite in Qatar, with live-in accommodation required.
