Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a luxury hotel in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating a memorable guest stay by keeping guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming. The work is hands-on and service-oriented, with an emphasis on maintaining the property’s overall presentation and guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Keep guest rooms and shared hotel areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Respond to guest requests and provide support as needed.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies for daily operations.
• Carry out room cleaning and other housekeeping duties assigned by the team.
• Help maintain the standards that contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Role Expectations

• Work safely and follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Protect confidential information and handle interactions professionally.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and professional communication.
• Be prepared to spend long periods standing, walking, or sitting as required.
• Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Complete other reasonable tasks requested for the needs of the hotel and guests.
