Role Overview

Apt Resources is hiring careful, service-focused Housekeeping Attendants for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The position is centered on keeping guest accommodations and shared spaces spotless, while supporting an exceptional guest experience in a refined, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms to an immaculate standard, with a strong focus on hygiene and presentation.
• Replace linens and towels, and restock in-room amenities and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms thoroughly, identify quality concerns, and flag any maintenance-related issues.
• Keep public spaces within the hotel clean and orderly.
• Work closely with front office and maintenance staff to improve the overall guest journey.
• Adhere to hotel procedures, operational guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• Deliver polite, professional assistance to guests at all times.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or 5-star property is required.
• Strong eye for detail and a consistent commitment to high standards.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and handle priorities well.
• Physical fitness to carry out tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
