Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate position at Hotel Centre Point is a full-time, in-person role located in Nagpur. The main responsibility is to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and employee areas by following established protocols. Daily duties include bed-making, restocking amenities, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, managing laundry items, and reporting any maintenance concerns. The associate communicates politely and professionally with guests, promptly addresses requests, and collaborates with front office and other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. Additional duties involve compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, attending training sessions, and supporting the housekeeping team during busy periods and events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in housekeeping and laundry operations including cleaning guest rooms, linens handling, and maintaining public areas.
• Strong communication abilities and customer service orientation for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Good organizational skills to manage assigned rooms efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain housekeeping inventory.
• Willingness and capability to learn and apply training on cleaning methods, safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and meticulous attention to cleaning detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderately heavy objects throughout work shifts.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays as needed by hotel operations.
