About the Role

Bloom Hotels located in Salt Lake, Kolkata, is seeking motivated and dedicated Housekeeping Associates to become part of their housekeeping team. This role involves maintaining superior cleanliness and hygiene standards to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, bathrooms, and designated public spaces in line with Bloom Hotels' standards.
• Replace bed linens, restock guest amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns and manage items lost and found.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety measures in housekeeping.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all hotel guests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to facilitate efficient hotel operations.

Candidate Eligibility

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Recent graduates from Hotel Management institutes are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good communication abilities and a positive demeanor.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
