Yona Solutions is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. This position supports the wellbeing of residents, visitors, and coworkers by keeping shared and private areas sanitary and orderly. Responsibilities
- Clean and replenish supplies in assigned spaces, including resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical spaces, conference rooms, nurses’ stations, stairwells, and similar areas, following department standards
- Keep daily work assignment sheets up to date for the areas you are responsible for
- Observe safe work practices and comply with regulatory requirements
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks and any extra steps listed in the work assignment
- Complete additional related duties when assigned
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions, including directions for preparing cleaning agents and disinfectants
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible, honest, and hardworking approach to the role
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with residents and staff
- Criminal background check required
- Housekeeping experience is advantageous
