Housekeeper

About the Opportunity

West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care, part of Spectrum Retirement Communities, is looking for a Housekeeper to support a community built around compassion, dedication, and a positive work ethic. This role is centered on maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for residents and shared spaces throughout the community.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, and availability to work weekends is required.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out housekeeping duties for residents within the community.
• Clean common and public areas as needed to keep the community presentable and well maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, either in a private setting or a public environment such as a hotel or personal home.
• Clear and effective communication with residents, family members, and fellow team members.
• A self-driven, organized, and professional approach to work, with the ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once.
• Strong customer service ability.
