Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and approachable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort in resident apartments and common areas at our senior living community. Your role is crucial in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and respectful environment tailored to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleaning cart is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Respect residents' rights, dignity, and individuality in all dealings.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing in assigned apartments and community spaces according to established procedures.
• Honor resident privacy and preferences regarding room arrangement, personal belongings, and cleaning methods wherever feasible; always knock before entering rooms.
• Safely discard trash and waste materials, especially managing any contaminated substances properly.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential, office, or hotel cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions for cleaning product use safely and effectively.
• Capable of standing for extended periods during work shifts.
• Consistently punctual and reliable.
• Willingness to work on weekends as required.
