Role Overview

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper in Spencer, West Virginia to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe setting within a long-term care facility. What You’ll Do

• Carry out routine cleaning duties each day across resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and office areas.
• Use approved methods and follow safety standards to keep all spaces properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Track completed cleaning work and escalate any upkeep or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Apply infection prevention practices and universal precautions to help maintain a hygienic environment.
• Communicate courteously with residents, employees, and guests while delivering strong customer service.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Prior housekeeping background is helpful, though not mandatory.
• A professional, positive approach and the ability to communicate well with occupants, management, and HCSG leadership.
• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet, seated, bending, and walking for long periods.
• Comfort with repetitive, routine work performed continuously.
• Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and products.
• Capacity to follow both spoken and written instructions and complete repetitive daily tasks.
• Residence within the service area is required.
