Primary Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning duties covering resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and office areas
• Follow protocols ensuring all areas are sanitized properly in line with established safety standards
• Keep thorough records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Adhere strictly to infection control and universal precaution policies to uphold a hygienic setting
• Engage respectfully and courteously with residents, staff members, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential is required
• Previous housekeeping experience is desired but not mandatory
• Maintain a positive disposition and communicate effectively with residents, facility administration, and HCSG leadership to complete job duties
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination standards is mandatory
• Physical ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods
• Capable of continuously performing routine and repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and products
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately on a daily basis
• Must reside within the service area of the facility
