Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital security standards by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in the daily operations of the service.
• Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and professionally greet and assist visitors.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
• Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Undertake any other appropriate tasks as assigned.
• Attend mandatory and statutory training annually as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a similar setting.
• A genuine enjoyment of cleaning and pride in a job well done.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You will be working at Badby Park, located at Badby Road West, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4NH. This specialist inpatient service focuses on rehabilitation and complex care for individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. The facility is set in extensive grounds with excellent amenities, offering a tranquil environment. It is easily accessible from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton, and Banbury.
