Punthill Maitland, located centrally in the Hunter Region, features 76 modern studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and spacious living areas. The hotel offers guest laundry, free Wi-Fi, secure parking, and a friendly, supportive team environment reporting directly to the Hotel Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all common areas to meet brand standards consistently.
- Perform high-quality cleaning of guest rooms during stays and upon departure.
- Ensure cleaning efficiency and quality align with hotel benchmarks.
- Report on condition of common areas, highlighting those needing deep cleans, repairs, or replacements to the Housekeeping or Hotel Manager.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold valid Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa).
- Exhibit keen attention to detail, organizational ability, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Availability to work at least three shifts per week, primarily during morning or day times.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
