Join the rapidly expanding Maid Brigade location in Southwest Florida and become part of a reputable company delivering professional green cleaning services in residential homes across Collier and Lee Counties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn between $400 and $700 weekly.
- Enjoy a schedule with no night or weekend shifts, allowing quality family time.
- Paid time off is provided: 3 days after 6 months of employment, increasing to 5 days per year after one year (not cumulative).
- Comprehensive professional training is supplied on the job.
- Work in teams using company vehicles, eliminating the need for personal transportation; gas expenses are covered by the employer.
Job Responsibilities and Environment
- Deliver detail-oriented, courteous, and reliable cleaning services in client residences.
- Manage and maintain supplies, residence keys, files, and sensitive personal information responsibly.
- Maintain a positive, accountable demeanor while working collaboratively within a team.
- Operate safely in environments containing pets.
- Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing provided masks, gloves, and EPA-approved disinfectants.
Experience and Requirements
- A minimum of one year cleaning experience is preferred.
- Personal qualities required include responsibility, friendliness, attentiveness to detail, and accountability.
