Role Overview

This full-time hybrid Hotel Manager position involves overseeing all daily operations of the hotel with a mix of on-site presence and remote work as operational demands require. Responsibilities encompass managing front desk services, housekeeping coordination, food and beverage operations, guest relations, and ensuring excellent service standards.

The manager will also handle budget management, revenue monitoring, sales support, guest satisfaction, staff leadership, and quality control. They will collaborate with vendors and help organize cultural weekend events, maintaining safety standards and optimizing hotel occupancy and cost control.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service expertise, adept at guest satisfaction, handling conflicts, and professional communication.
  • Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting within hospitality settings.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques including upselling and package promotions, working alongside marketing teams to boost bookings.
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations, including coordination with kitchen and service staff, menu knowledge, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience managing front desk responsibilities such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and hotel management system usage.
  • Proven leadership capabilities encompassing staff scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with close attention to detail.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional language abilities are advantageous for an international clientele.
  • Preferred prior experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision roles.
  • Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related areas is beneficial.
