About The Role

Join citizenM in Dublin as a Hotel Day Ambassador where your role transcends traditional positions like receptionist or food and beverage staff. You will engage as a versatile ambassador performing duties ranging from customer service and concierge tasks to barista and mixology skills. We foster a fun, dynamic work environment to ensure both employees and guests enjoy their experience.

Typical Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming all guests upon arrival.
• Assisting guests with self check-in kiosks, eliminating the traditional reception desk.
• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold breakfast items and meals.
• Crafting high-quality coffee beverages and signature cocktails.
• Providing secret concierge advice about local dining, shopping, entertainment, and sightseeing.
• Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas such as living rooms and canteens, including arranging food displays for the next shift.
• Addressing guest requests concerning hotel facilities and possibly acquiring new technology skills.
• Managing reservations with the property management system (PMS).
• Setting up societyM meeting rooms as needed.

Additional Information

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
• Enjoy flexible shift schedules on a 24/7 operational basis including morning (6:50 AM–3:10 PM) and afternoon/evening (2:50 PM–11:10 PM) shifts with weekend availability required.
