Role overview

This position is focused on creating a polished, welcoming guest experience by keeping the hotel clean, orderly, and visually impressive. The role goes beyond making up rooms; it involves contributing to the overall atmosphere and standards of the property.

Key duties

• Carry out a broad mix of housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and shared areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel environment.
• Respond to guest needs such as deliveries or service requests.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Clean rooms, public spaces, and other assigned areas.
• Handle other comparable housekeeping duties that support a smooth guest experience.
• Complete assigned tasks and additional reasonable responsibilities when requested.

Work expectations

The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to remain active for long periods, including standing, sitting, and walking. The role also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without help. Strong attention to safety, policy compliance, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance and communication is essential.
