Position Overview
Join JW Marriott in Singapore as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, serving as a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Runner. This role involves more than just maintaining a tidy room—it’s about creating a memorable and unique experience for hotel guests. You will be responsible for upholding the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, handling various housekeeping duties including attending to guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, while ensuring the environment contributes positively to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assigned as a Housekeeping Runner working night shifts, you will move proactively within the hotel to perform tasks essential for maintaining high-quality guest environments. Tasks include delivering guest amenities, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and supporting the housekeeping team to exceed quality standards.
Work Environment and Expectations
Success in this position demands adherence to company policies, safety practices, and confidentiality. You are expected to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, with emphasis on effective communication. The role requires considerable physical activity, such as standing, walking, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds independently. Flexibility to undertake additional reasonable duties as needed is essential.
