Role Overview

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a luxury hotel in Astana. The focus is not only on keeping guest rooms clean, but on helping create a memorable and distinctive stay through excellent presentation and attentive service.

What You Will Do

You will carry out a broad range of housekeeping tasks to maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel. The role involves responding to guest needs, preparing carts, cleaning rooms and shared spaces, and handling related day-to-day duties that support an outstanding guest experience.

Professional behavior is expected at all times, including proper uniform, personal presentation, and communication. The job requires long periods of standing, sitting, and walking, along with hands-on physical work such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
