Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Housekeeping Attendant)

Position Summary

This role goes beyond simply providing guests with tidy rooms and fresh beds; it aims to craft memorable and distinct experiences. The Guest Environment Expert is proficient in various housekeeping tasks and responsible for upholding the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. This position involves moving around the premises to fulfill duties such as responding to guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and similar activities that ensure the hotel environment contributes positively to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Success in this role requires maintaining a safe workplace, complying with company policies, preserving confidentiality, adhering to quality standards, and projecting a professional image through appearance, uniform, and communication. The job involves significant physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and manual handling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Performing these tasks effectively and other reasonable duties assigned is essential to achieving guest satisfaction and supporting business goals.
