About The Role
The role of Hotel Cleanliness Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company involves much more than merely providing a clean room and freshly made bed. This position is dedicated to crafting a unique and unforgettable guest experience. Experts in this client environment role possess diverse housekeeping skills and are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel premises.
Responsibilities include meeting guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and similar housekeeping duties, all ensuring that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
The expert must be proactive in managing their assigned spaces, undertaking necessary tasks independently, and performing physically demanding activities such as standing, sitting, walking extensively, and handling items up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. This commitment to excellence ensures continuous guest satisfaction and contributes to the hotel's growing success.
